Terms of Service

2) Virtual currency and items

Any virtual coins, credits, points, or items (“Virtual Currency”) are licensed to you, have no cash value, are non-redeemable, and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or exchanged for money or anything of real-world value.

3) Eligibility (NZ, 20+)

You must be located in New Zealand and at least 20 years old to use the Service. We may request age/location verification and may suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

4) Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• No account sharing, buying/selling accounts, or using the Service on behalf of others.

5) Community and leaderboards

You agree not to harass others, post unlawful content, exploit bugs, cheat, use bots/scripts, manipulate leaderboards, or disrupt the Service. We may remove content and reset scores or progress where integrity is affected.

6) Purchases of Virtual Currency

• Optional purchases may be offered. Pricing and quantities are shown clearly at checkout in NZD and include any applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Purchased Virtual Currency remains non-redeemable and non-transferable.
• All sales are final unless required by New Zealand law or the payment provider’s policies; we do not make misleading “guarantees” about outcomes, odds, or results.
• We may change availability, pricing, or features at any time; changes do not create a refund right except where required by law.

7) Intellectual property and licence

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, artwork, logos, and content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful, entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law.

8) Service availability; disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted under New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for purchases in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you breached these Terms, posed a security risk, or used the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your licence ends and Virtual Currency may be forfeited without compensation (subject to non-excludable legal rights).

11) Disputes; governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree that the courts of New Zealand (Auckland) have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
